Jael started the lessons with twenty children in her own church, and nine months later Victorious Light is used in 398 churches in Kenya and Uganda (June 2025) reaching over 20,500 children. The number of children who are learning about Jesus continues to grow rapidly.
Jael is the Director of New Era School, and she adopted the curriculum to reach 300 children. In addition, the entire staff at Wesley Mission School has also adopted the curriculum to reach over 200 children.
Jael oversees the Victorious Light operations in Kenya and Uganda, and travels through both countries training teachers in churches and schools.

FEATURE story
Jael is a born again Christian from Kenya who is a school teacher by profession. She is also a Sunday School teacher who loves children. Jael met Laura in September of 2024 when God connected them in a miraculous way on a layover in Istanbul. Laura shared with Jael about her curriculum, and allowed Jael to share with friends of other churches. Shortly afterwards, many pastors from different churches became interested. In February 2025, Jael invited Laura to come to Kenya to train teachers. Because Finding Jesus is a non-denominational curriculum, together they trained over 100 teachers from all different church denominations.
